Lightning Talk: Daytime vs. Nighttime Differences in Muscle Strength and Functional Performance in Young Women — Female Athlete Research Meeting (FARM)
In early November, I had the pleasure of participating in the Female Athlete Research Meeting hosted by the Wu Tsai Human Performance Alliance at Stanford University. This meeting brought together hundreds of researcher, athletes, clinicians, and practitioners committed to advancing the science of performance in women across the lifespan. The day was filled with panels, talks, posters, and networking with a palpable excitement for the progress made over just a few years.
During this meeting, I was fortunate to give a lightning talk sharing early results from our work examining the dimensions of performance impacted daytime vs nighttime in young, healthy women, and also presented a poster on the same topic.
